The full privacy policy is being finalized. In short, this is how Ownstack treats your data today:

Your workspace data

CRM data you import and call transcripts you upload belong to your workspace. Each workspace is separated in the database, and access is enforced per rep.

AI processing

When you edit an app by typing, the AI sees field names and your request, not the values in your rows. Call transcripts are sent to the model only to extract call insights.
